In this capacity, we frequently provide coverage opinions to clients in a wide variety of areas, and provide representation to insureds intervening in matters involving ongoing tort litigation.

We have an active practice representing insurers in bad faith cases brought by both first and third-party claimants. We also offer a broad range of experience in defending personal injury claims, premises liability, general and professional liability and property damage claims.
