| | Anita R. Casey and John L. MacCorkle, both founding members of the firm, have been serving as arbitrators and mediators in civil cases in West Virginia since the early 1990s. These two attorneys, who have close to 50 years combined experience in the areas of general litigation, labor law, medical malpractice, lemon law, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, product liability, and appeals have mediated and arbitrated hundreds of cases in these, and multiple other areas, for the state and federal court systems and for attorneys who have privately retained their services. Both Ms. Casey and Mr. MacCorkle have attended mediation training seminars. Ms. Casey is certified by The Private Adjudication Center at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
