MacCorkle, Lavender, Casey & Sweeney PLLC was established on May 1, 1999, as the continuation of a practice of a core group of attorneys who have been practicing together since the early 1980s. With offices in Charleston and Morgantown, we cover the State of West Virginia, representing clients in the areas of Products Liability, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Insurance Defense, Professional Liability, Employment Law, Medical Malpractice and General Litigation matters. All of our attorneys are admitted to practice in all West Virginia state courts and the Federal Court system. The location of our offices in both the northern and southern parts of the state permit us to service clients efficiently and cost effectively throughout the State.
